Heat treatment oven

CMS Cepcor™ crusher service facility includes a dedicated heat treatment oven to complete in house heat treatment of components in addition to the assembly of major crusher assemblies where a heavy interference fit is required such as head centres and mainshaft assemblies to suit Sandvik™ Hydrocones and Superior crushers.

The UK manufactured forced fan air recirculation oven has been specified and custom built to accept head centres to suit Sandvik™ and Svedala Hydrocones® and Superiors® upto H8800, heads to suit Metso HP® cones upto HP500 and heads to suit Symons Nordberg cones upto 5½' Standard and Shorthead.

The facility can also be used to prepare Terex® Pegson Autocone mainframes for the fitting of new precision machined mainshafts.
